Movement is medicine, join the flow! Grounding mat poses: child’s pose, puppy pose, cat/cow pose etc. Standing poses: warrior II, forward fold, mountain pose, chair pose, tree pose etc. Good for all levels - there are always alternative options with props. Come try it out :)
